Louis is an animator, filmmaker and Associate Professor at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.
His work is driven by musical structures and inspired by history and observation of the everyday and often explores the relationship of people to their built environments.
His films and videos have screened at festivals including Sundance, Ann Arbor, Annecy and Pictoplasma.
Previous clients include MTV, Airbnb, Meta, CVS and five years as a Graphic Artist / Associate Art director at Disney.
